With your belongings and our design and staging expertise combined, we create a home that is irresistible to buyers without the cost and hassle of renting furniture and decor.
This package includes an initial consultation to assess what can be done to best enhance your space before staging it. Once this to-do list is completed, we come in and stage each room, using your possessions, to best showcase it to potential buyers. You get to stay in your home until you're ready to move AND you benefit from the positive effects of staging.
Already have a stellar realtor helping you figure out and complete the to-do list? Not a problem. Give us a call and we can create a package that skips from the consultation straight to the staging. We offer this service in the West Seattle & Burien area.

One Hour Staging Consultation
One Hour / $150
Need some help getting your home ready for sale, but don’t need the full-deal consultation? We offer a condensed version of our occupied home staging package that gives you the information you need to make your home irresistible without the commitment to a full staging package.
In one hour, we will do a thorough walk-through of your home with you, giving you room-by-room directions on which actions to take to make yours the house that buyers can’t forget. This "walk and talk" style consultation will give you all recommendations needed to guide you in preparing your house for showing it at its best.
If you’ve completed all of our recommendations and you find that you want to take your house to the next level before picture day and open houses, we can easily convert this package to our Occupied Home Staging Package.

Full Service Consultation: Offering all that is noted above, except we do the note taking!
Within 24 hours you will receive a professionally written, full detail report of all we discussed. Homeowners can easily follow our notes line by line, room by room, and check off the boxes. When complete, the home will be exceptional and ready for sale!
$195/first hour + $150/hour after the first hour

Photo Prep
One Hour / $195
Don't have time to complete another to-do list before your home goes on the market? Not to worry - we can make you photo-ready in no time!
We come in day-of just before the photographer and put all the finishing touches on your space to make it picture perfect and ready for listing. Using our staging know-how, we will rearrange furniture, fluff pillows, adjust art, etc, to get everything just right so your listing stands out from the crowd.
This package is a good middle ground between a full staging package and our One Hour Staging Consultation.
